Yesterday was Olivier Ntcham’s birthday and the now 24-year-old central midfielder celebrated it in the best possible way with his Celtic teammates in the Scottish Cup.
The France international bagged a goal in Celtic’s 3-0 victory over Clyde FC in the fifth round of the cup and it prompted many fans to praise him on social media.
One fan even made him a tribute video on Twitter, celebrating every goal he’d scored for the club prior to the game but that footage quickly went out of date as the player netted another goal shortly after.

And with that, they were quick to recognise another belter of a game for the young midfielder.
He also got a special mention in their skipper’s tweet as well as Scott Brown posted about their victory on his social media account, gushing over the triumph alongside Ntcham himself.
And it seems that many of the fans are happy to have the former Manchester City youngster on board at Celtic and they heaped praised on him without making direct reference to his latest display.
They were just glad he’s defending their colours, with two fans labelling him a baller…
Finally, there are also fans who feel Ntcham is still highly underrated.
The 24-year-old has already played 119 games for the club while scoring 21 goals and assisting further 11 along the way, and these fans clearly feel he deserves more credit.
